Maxwell Igweogu is a Nigerian attorney with expertise (practice & research) in AI, Technology Policy, Innovation, Startup Advisory, and Compliance.
Before transitioning into law practice, I built a decade-long career as a Business Process Analyst, working closely with startup founders, product teams, and investors. I specialized in translating innovative ideas into structured business and functional requirements, ensuring seamless execution from concept to product development. My expertise included drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and Startup Innovators to build scalable, investor-ready ventures.
This deep technical and operational experience gives me a distinct competitive edge as a corporate attorney and startup advisor. I don’t just provide legal guidance, I understand the full startup lifecycle, from ideation and product development to investment structuring, compliance, and growth strategies.
